Pooja Booking and Cancellation Policy

At Vaidik Guriji, we are committed to providing you with authentic, Vedic rituals and personalized spiritual services.
Since every pooja or consultation is custom-prepared according to your details, timings, and intentions, this policy explains the terms for booking, rescheduling, and cancellation.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies only to pooja, rituals, and consultation bookings made through the official website, WhatsApp, or direct communication with Vaidik Guriji.

Product purchases such as Rudraksha, gemstones, or yantras are covered separately under the Return and Refund Policy – Products.

2. Booking Confirmation

  • A pooja booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation message or email with the pooja date, time, and pandit details.

  • Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis depending on the availability of Guruji or the assigned pandit.

3. Non-Refundable Services

All pooja bookings are non-refundable, as each service involves prior preparation — including arrangements, materials, scheduling, and spiritual sankalp (intention).

Once the pooja or consultation is booked and confirmed:

  • The payment cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

  • However, you may request rescheduling (see next section).

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may request to reschedule your pooja up to 48 hours before the scheduled date.

  • Rescheduling is subject to Guruji’s or pandit’s availability.

  • Only one rescheduling is permitted per booking.

  • Requests made less than 48 hours before the pooja will not be accepted.

5. Cancellation by Vaidik Guriji

In rare cases (such as emergencies, health issues, or unavoidable circumstances), if Vaidik Guriji must cancel or postpone a pooja:

  • You will be notified promptly.

  • The pooja will be rescheduled to the next convenient date, or

  • A full credit will be issued for future use (no monetary refund).

6. Virtual / Online Poojas

For online or live-streamed poojas:

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection for participation.

  • The pooja link and schedule will be shared via WhatsApp or email.

  • Missed attendance by the devotee will not be eligible for refund or reschedule, as the ritual will still be performed on your behalf.

7. Privacy and Personal Details

All personal and birth details shared for pooja or consultation purposes are kept strictly confidential as per our Privacy Policy.
They are used only for performing your booked rituals or providing spiritual guidance.
