Refund and Returns Policy

At Vaidik Guriji, we value your trust and strive to provide you with pure, authentic, and spiritual products — such as Rudraksha, gemstones, yantras, and pooja items.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are applicable only for physical products.
(Pooja or consultation bookings are not eligible for returns.)

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery

Please note: Energized (consecrated) Rudraksha, gemstones, or sanctified items cannot be returned once used or energized.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or energized products (e.g., Rudraksha, gemstones, or yantras consecrated in an individual’s name)

  • Opened pooja items such as incense, oil, or powders

  • Gift cards or digital/downloadable products

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchange is provided only for items that are damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

and include clear photos or videos of the product.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share an unboxing video and clear photos for verification
    After verification, we will arrange a refund or replacement as applicable.

Separate Policy for Pooja Bookings

Please note – this policy applies only to product purchases.
All pooja bookings, services, or consultations are governed by a separate Pooja Booking and Cancellation Policy, since these are personalized and time-bound spiritual services.
